What is Open Fields Alliance?

Open Fields Alliance, formerly Cultivating Change, is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit for LGBTQ+ people working in food and agriculture. Founded in 2015, Open Fields Alliance hosts an annual conference, supports campus chapters, connects food and agriculture professionals through affinity groups, and trains future leaders through our leadership development program.
